NOHrD Eau-Me Balance Board

The balance board filled with water - The NOHrD Eau-Me Balance Board is a patented balance trainer. In the center of the underside of the board, there is a bulge that you need to keep balanced. The plastic bowl contains water, which you must also balance and is filled through a closure. This is where it differs from conventional balance boards. The water moves on its own. With every movement, the direction changes. You must immediately react with your body to the stimuli to keep the board balanced. It’s a true challenge for the entire body and particularly demanding. You stand especially firmly on the wooden plate during the exercise.
