Nohrd Balance Board Eau-Me: The balance board filled with water. The Nohrd Balance Board Eau-Me is a patented balance trainer. In the center of the underside of the board, there is a curvature that you need to keep balanced. The plastic bowl contains water, which you must also balance and is filled through a closure. This is where it differs from conventional balance boards. The water moves independently. With every movement, its direction changes. You must react immediately with your body to the stimuli to keep the board balanced. It presents a true challenge for the entire body and is particularly demanding. You stand especially firmly on the wooden board during the exercise.
