Product details
The Altai is the centerpiece of the new Nidecker boot collection, offering top-notch features and freeride-friendly support at an unbeatable price. The asymmetrical upper fits perfectly with Nidecker and Flow binding straps, preventing pressure points. The Dual BOA lacing system features textile-coated laces and two dials, allowing you to adjust the upper and lower sections independently. The lightweight B.F.T Gravity 2.0 outsole provides excellent cushioning and traction, with a rubber tip that enhances grip when hiking over ice and rocks. The connection between the outsole and the boot has been smoothed out with a molded section called the Transition Zone, eliminating the usual hard edge to prevent it from getting caught in the heel cup of your binding. A durable rubber print on the toe box protects the boot while adding a touch more style. Inside, there’s a new heat-moldable Silver Liner that allows you to customize the fit if needed, yet is comfortable from the start. The Altai is a medium-stiff model with plenty of lateral support, making it perfect for carving on the slopes or gliding precisely through the woods. If you love the art of turning, you will love this boot.
