The Kita sets a new standard for all-mountain snowboard boots. Inspired by the technical demands of polar and mountain expeditions, it delivers extremely reliable performance from day one to the last. Comfort is key to its design, starting with the asymmetrical shape that fits perfectly into our bindings and creates a natural connection with your board. Wherever possible, we have welded the components to the shell instead of stitching them, resulting in a unique seamless construction that is much more waterproof. Additionally, we have added a durable TPU shield around the front, called ArmourTech, which protects your toes when traversing over rocks. The dual BOA lacing system features a specially designed external heel lock, controlled via the dial on the tongue, to keep your foot securely in place while the lower part of the boot can be tightened with the side dial. The midsole has two EVA components for better cushioning, and the B.F.T Vibram Approach outsole benefits from an Icetrek rubber compound for excellent grip. Our new Transition Zone technology perfectly connects this sole with the Exo Spine, enhancing responsiveness and preventing damage to the rear of the boot when entering or exiting the bindings. With a high-quality Gold Wrap liner, comfort and support are guaranteed from the start, and it is fully thermomoldable for a custom fit.
