The Access 2 tent is designed to be the ultimate shelter for skiers, splitboarders and snowshoers. It is lighter than a mountaineering tent and warmer than many backpacking tents. Only a small portion of the tent body is mesh to keep the interior warm on cold winter nights.Its lightweight and small pack volume makes the tent comfortable to carry. The interior is spacious while the sturdy frame resists snow buildup. The tent pitches quickly and provides adequate shelter in less extreme conditions such as below tree line. This makes it a perfect base for exploration into the rougher, higher snow areas.
