With the MOVIT Professional Pull-Up Bar for ceiling mounting, you can perform a variety of exercises that strengthen the arm, shoulder, abdominal, and back muscles. The three different grip groups allow for the engagement of various muscle groups and provide a diverse workout. The six grips of the pull-up bar ensure a secure hold and a blister-free training experience. The extremely stable square steel construction with welded angles is securely mounted to the ceiling using eight heavy-duty anchors (included) and allows for a maximum load of up to 350 kg. With the included mounting materials, the pull-up bar can be attached to the ceiling immediately, and training can begin. Note: Installation is only permitted on suitable ceilings (e.g., concrete or stone) that can support the corresponding weight loads (not suitable for hollow or drywall).
