Padded foam grips across the entire width of the pull-up bar ensure a secure hold and prevent blisters on the hands. Transparent side rubber pads prevent unsightly streaks on the door frame. Due to the design of this item, it is prohibited to perform exercises that apply twisting movements to the bar (e.g., muscle-ups, etc.). Twisting movements may cause the internal thread of the bar to loosen, which could lead to serious injuries. The bar is not designed for activities such as swinging children.
