10 Grips - With the 10 grips, you can perform a variety of pull-up variations: parallel, angled, simple, and in symmetrical or asymmetrical configurations.

Rubber grips - The rubberized grips were specifically designed for this device. They fit perfectly with the diameter of the pull-up bar. Thanks to the grips, training is safe and comfortable.

12 mounting holes - The 12 mounting holes with a diameter of 11 mm allow you to mount the pull-up bar on either a wall or the ceiling. The appropriate diameter of the holes ensures the strongest installation.

Punching bag mount - The pull-up bar features a sturdy punching bag mount. It is made from 3 mm thick metal, allowing it to withstand the most intense training. This solution saves space in your gym.
