Thanks to its special design, the MH-D202 can be mounted on both the wall and the ceiling. Simply loosen two screws, reposition the bar, and you're done.

With eight mounting holes measuring 11 mm in diameter, the post can be attached to either the wall or the ceiling. This gives you the freedom to choose a good spot for the pull-up bar.

The bar is equipped with a stable bracket for a punching bag, made from a rod with a diameter of 8 mm, ensuring it can withstand even the most intense training.
