Product details

The Workhorse Screwgate Carabiner is the strongest Mammut carabiner and one of the most robust on the market. Its size makes it easy to handle even while wearing gloves. The opening width and volume are large enough to accommodate multiple ropes, slings, and knots. It is ideal as a central carabiner for anchoring, as it is particularly sturdy and durable. The screw lock can also be used in icy or dirty environments. The Keylock nose makes it easy to clip and unclip without snagging. An orange marking indicates when the carabiner is not screwed shut.
