Product details

To ensure that you can train your fitness at home without any issues, this pull-up bar is the perfect exercise equipment. It simply fits into your home door frame, and you're ready to start strength training. This way, you are independent of gym opening hours and don’t need much space, unlike other training devices. Instead, all you need is a door frame, which can be found in every apartment and house. The pull-up bar can be adjusted infinitely to fit door frames with a width of 62 to 85 cm and requires no screws for installation.

Training with this bar effectively targets and strengthens muscle groups such as the back, abdomen, triceps, and biceps. The sturdy construction is made of steel with a chrome-plated surface and is designed for a maximum load capacity of 160 kg. The pull-up bar has a diameter of 30 mm and has a relatively low weight. The grip areas are covered with foam, ensuring a secure hold even when you are sweating.

Please note that the maximum load capacity of 160 kg can only be achieved if the pull-up bar is mounted using the metal discs included in the package. If mounted by screwing into the door frame, the load capacity is 100 kg.
