The Tarantula from La Sportiva is ideal for beginners in indoor climbing, for warming up, for multi-pitch routes, or for relaxed pleasure climbing outdoors. With its low tension on a nearly straight last, it offers the foot the necessary freedom while still providing power and control with the 4 mm thick FriXion® Black sole. La Sportiva also equips the climbing shoe with a stabilizing midsole that optimizes power transfer. The upper material made of suede is adaptable and helps to reduce odor formation. The opposing Velcro straps with a variable hook-and-loop area allow you to adjust the Tarantula to the desired tightness on your foot.
