What sets the Skwama Vegan apart from its animal-based counterpart is the leather-free upper material Microbase SkinLike™. This consists of a 0.6 mm thick, odor-reducing microfiber, a breathable adhesive layer, and a 1.6 mm thick structural microfiber. This composite material makes the shoe just as breathable and enveloping, providing a fit as precise as a leather upper – only it is completely free of animal products.
