The Harbinger Multi-Gym Pro is a portable fitness studio system that can be used as a pull-up bar as well as for sit-ups, push-ups, and dips. The Multi-Gym Pro targets arm, chest, core, and back muscles with workouts that ensure maximum muscle engagement. It features padded grips that allow for four grip positions to perform standard, narrow, wide, and hammer grip pull-ups. With a weight capacity of 135 kg, it is safe to use with a weight vest. The Multi-Gym Pro is placed on the floor and can be used for sit-ups, push-ups, and dips. The padded grips provide comfort and ensure proper form. The patented door frame protector, designed uniquely flat with thick foam padding, also protects the door frame. Assembled dimensions: 38.1 x 96.5 x 35.5 cm; weight 2.81 kg.
