Hanwag Waxenstein Organic Shoes

The Hanwag Waxenstein Bio is a mid-cut shoe made from chrome-free tanned leather, offering a comfortable wearing experience. The StraightFit HANWAG last concept with a newly developed toe box allows for a straight alignment of the big toe and provides more space for the toes for people with a wider forefoot. It features the first fully compostable outsole for mountain and trekking shoes, designed with two different profiles for various uses.

This shoe is suitable for everyday wear, leisure activities, and walks on good paths, as well as light hikes in flat terrain. The categories A-B-C-D primarily determine the stiffness of the sole, the drop (how rounded the sole is to allow for smooth rolling), and the shaft construction, which positions a model within the categories.
