Handmaster Plus ® Handtrainer

The Handmaster Plus is a hand trainer designed for training the hand muscles and individual fingers. Through various exercises, you can strengthen and enhance the extensor and flexor muscles.

The soft foam ball fits comfortably in the hand due to its shape. Rubber cords are attached to the ball, providing resistance. The four loops above the finger trainer are for the fingers, while the loop below is for the thumb. This allows each finger to be trained, strengthened, and enhanced individually. Another positive effect of finger and hand training is the improvement in coordination and mobility of the fingers and hand.

By squeezing the hand trainer, you can train hand strength and strengthen the hand muscles.

The Handmaster is available in three different strengths or as a hand trainer set with all resistance levels. The set is ideal for therapy needs in practice, ensuring that each patient receives the appropriate resistance for them.
