Handmaster Plus Hand Exerciser Medium

The Handmaster Plus is a hand trainer designed for training the hand muscles and individual fingers. Through various exercises, you can strengthen and enhance the extensor and flexor muscles.

The soft foam ball fits comfortably in the hand due to its shape. Rubber cords are attached to the ball, providing resistance. The four loops above the finger trainer are designed for the fingers, while the loop below is for the thumb. This allows for individual training, strengthening, and conditioning of each finger. Another positive effect of finger and hand training is the improvement of coordination and mobility of the fingers and hand.
