The soft foam ball fits comfortably in the hand due to its shape. Rubber cords are attached to the ball, providing resistance. The four loops above the finger trainer are suitable for the fingers, while the loop below is for the thumb. This allows for individual training, strengthening, and enhancement of each finger.
