The protective mat effortlessly shields the floor beneath fitness equipment from scratches, sweat, and spills from sports drinks. There is ample space on the mat for an ergometer, rowing machine, cross trainer, or bike during resistance training. The mat dampens noise both within the room and when transmitting through the walls to neighbors. It features a non-slip surface and can be easily rolled up for storage and transport. Made from natural rubber, it is an eco-friendly alternative to conventional PVC mats. New mats may have a slight rubber smell that dissipates quickly once unpacked.
