Gymstick Multi-Training Door Gym is the most versatile pull-up bar on the fitness market today. The bar can be attached to any standard door in just a few seconds without the need for brackets. It is possible to perform pull-ups, push-ups, tricep dips and sit-ups. The bar can also be used for exercises close to the floor. The bar is made of robust metal and has soft foam handles.

Required door dimensions:

Door width: 70 - 80 cm

Wooden strips: 2 - 2.5 cm
