Outer shell: Injection molded from thermo-composted resin, which reduces the risk of punctures. The front openings and rear vents ensure optimal ventilation.

Inner shell: EPS cushioning element made of expanded polystyrene with variable density, which dampens and distributes shock waves.

Inner foam (liner): Comfort foam combined with a soft, antibacterial fabric. The foam is made from a single piece and can be replaced and washed using tabs inserted between the two shells.

Visor: Made from thermo-composted elastomer resin, which gives the visor some flexibility and meets the required standards.
