• Outer shell: Injection molded from thermo-composted resin, reducing the risk of punctures. The front openings and rear vents ensure optimal ventilation.
• Inner shell: EPS cushioning element made from expanded polystyrene with variable density, which dampens and distributes impact waves.
• Inner foam (liner): Comfort foam combined with a soft, antibacterial fabric. The foam is made from a single piece and can be replaced and washed using tabs inserted between the two shells.
• Visor: Made from thermo-composted elastomer resin, giving the visor a degree of flexibility that meets the required standards.
