The Woody is an innovative climbing hold specifically designed for attaching wooden elements to climbing walls. It offers improved durability for wooden climbing holds and reduces wear on drill holes, especially with volume elements. The metal reinforcement significantly extends the lifespan of the climbing holds. Installation is simple and precise: first, mark the installation spot, then countersink it with a Forstner bit, and finally, use a hammer to drive the Woody into the drilled hole. The Woody is suitable for full-thread screws up to 5.5 mm in width and should always be used with new screws. Before the first use, it is advisable to test the installation on a sample piece. Use should be carried out exclusively by experienced route setters to ensure safety.
