The Avera™ MIPS helmet is the new foundation of the Giro helmet line and has already become a favorite. Inspired by mountainous landscapes and elegant, soft curves, the distinctive design lines of the Avera™ provide a unique visual identity while connecting the two polycarbonate components of the helmet. The Avera™ benefits from a lightweight in-mold construction and features the proven fit of the In Form™ Fit System with horizontal and vertical adjustment options. With the Thermostat Control™, ventilation can be regulated on the go, and the Stack Ventilation prevents goggles from fogging. The Multi-directional Impact Protection System (MIPS) redirects rotational forces in the event of a fall, reducing the risk of severe brain injuries. The Avera™ offers a perfect fit, plush comfort, and additional protection necessary for all conditions and terrains.
