The Genesis Shoulder Press welcomes individuals to a more effective workout. This machine has no intimidation factor, only a better way to define the shoulders. The Genesis Shoulder Press is constantly evolving - each time a member uses it, they can increase the challenge to gradually see results over time. The patented design of the Freemotion cable allows members to move as they wish. Handles and arms can be moved together or individually to create personalized shoulder workouts and single-arm movements. The large cable path enables full extension of the exercise, measuring 193 cm for one arm and 106.6 cm for two arms.
