The EPIC Plate Loaded Squat features a unique contoured platform that allows the user to maintain proper ankle alignment. It is also textured with Line-X to ensure a stable foot position. The contoured shoulder pads are adjustable and can rotate, comfortably accommodating a variety of users. The low plate load design allows for easy loading and unloading, at a height no higher than hip level. Additional features include a weight locking lever, a safety stop, locking holes, and a sturdy steel construction.
