Installing the shock and sensors is straightforward, and downloading the "FOX Bike" app is required. The firmware can be customized and provides easy-to-understand features, displays service intervals, and shows battery status. The sensor kit, which includes a battery, charger, and cables, is not included with the shock and must be ordered separately. Without the kit, the shock cannot be used as intended.
