Installing the shock and sensors is straightforward, and downloading the "FOX Bike" app is required. The firmware can be customized, offering easy-to-understand features, displaying service intervals, and battery status. The sensor kit, including battery, charger, and cables, is not included with the shock and must be ordered separately. Without the kit, the shock cannot be used as intended.
