The full ceiling height throughout the inner tent and the large main vestibule provide comfort, which is particularly beneficial on bad weather days spent inside the tent. This model is ideal for demanding winter tours and overnight stays above the tree line, yet its relatively low weight allows it to fit into a hiking backpack. All materials and details have been carefully selected to meet the highest standards of reliability and usability in cold weather conditions. The adjustment details and zipper pulls are designed to be large enough to be easily handled even with winter gloves. The guy lines, featuring integrated reflective yarn, are particularly robust and have double adjustment options. The ground loops are large enough to be used with skis or poles when setting up the tent in the snow. The exceptionally long and wide stakes are suitable for difficult terrain. Reflectors on the vents and doors make it easier to locate the tent in the dark. To prevent the inner tent from getting wet during setup in the rain, the inner and outer tents can be pitched together. The pole channels are color-coded for easy handling and are spacious enough to accommodate a second set of poles in case of strong winds and heavy snow on the tent roof. Two entrances simplify entry and exit, with the advantage that the entrance on the windward side can be used in windy conditions.
