Freestanding three-season tent with excellent ventilation, specifically designed for use in the warmer months of the year. The vestibules can be fully rolled up on both sides, allowing you to admire the landscape from the mosquito-proof inner tent. The raised shape of the outer tent at the ends, the high-placed vents, and the completely mesh inner tent create an extremely well-ventilated tent, ideal for trips in tropical climates. In warm but changeable weather, the doors can be secured in a half-open position to protect the inner tent from rain. The inner and outer tents are connected; the structure consists of two poles that cross at two points. This way, the inner tent is freestanding while the vestibules are held in place by guy lines and pegs. Six Dyneema guy lines firmly anchor the tent to the ground, providing good stability. Two openings and two vestibules allow for separate organization of each side of the tent. In windy conditions, you can use the entrance on the side sheltered from the wind. The generous height adds to the comfort. The inner tent features a clothesline and six storage pockets for bottles, flashlights, clothing, etc. There are attachment points for the Gear Loft hanging storage (accessory) in the inner tent. The outer tent is made from Fjällräven's new high-performance TripleRip nylon. This innovative construction consists of two different fabric strengths – 20 Denier on top and 40 Denier on the more heavily used tent floor, combining high durability with the lightest possible weight. Like all other tents from Fjällräven, the Abisko View 2 is made without PVC and toxic flame retardants. The impregnation is free of fluorocarbons.
