Fjällräven Abisko Dome 2

Spacious, sturdy dome tent with two large vestibules. A lightweight, comfortable hiking tent suitable for year-round use. Two entrances simplify daily tent life; each side of the tent can be organized separately. In windy conditions, the entrance on the sheltered side can be used. They also provide ample space for gear, meal preparation, and activities during bad weather. The inner and outer tents are set up together. The three-pole construction makes the tent freestanding and easy to pitch. When additionally secured with guy lines, it is completely wind stable. The pole channels are color-coded for easy handling and are sized to accommodate a second pole set in critical weather conditions. The tent offers a comfortable height, allowing for cozy gatherings inside. Good storage options are provided by a removable mesh shelf in the inner tent and several mesh pockets. Thanks to large entrances with particularly fine mesh mosquito netting, you can enjoy the view from your sleeping bag without being bothered by insects. Fully closable ventilation openings at various heights ensure optimal air circulation. These features, along with the option to partially secure the outer tent door, make the tent ideal for use in tropical climates. The outer tent is made from Fjällräven's new high-performance TripleRip nylon. This innovative construction consists of two different fabric weights – 20 Denier on top and 40 Denier on the more heavily used tent floor, combining high durability with the lightest possible weight. Like all other tents from Fjällräven, the Abisko Dome 2 is made without PVC and toxic flame retardants. The impregnation is free from fluorocarbons.
