The adjustable resistance can be changed easily with a simple twist of the yellow knob. The water tank is made of robust polycarbonate, ensuring quiet and smooth tracks, perfect for ambitious home training. The hard-wearing belt drive provides smooth running, is clean, quiet, and maintenance-free.

The adjustable footrests come with separate foot straps for a perfect position and optimum support during rowing training. The footrests have slightly angled plates under each ball of the foot for excellent grip, contributing to faster and more powerful kicking of the legs during the pulling phase. The comfortable, ergonomic seat features a textured anti-slip tread. An extra-long pull rope allows for faster return and high stroke frequency. The ergonomic handle provides a perfect grip for strong rowing pulls.

The large, easy-to-use console continuously informs users about training distance, training time, stroke frequency, total distance, calorie consumption, watts, and heart rate (optional). The training computer adjusts for the setting of the resistance (amount of water), providing more accurate data such as calorie consumption.
