A ski that is not only agile enough for 1500 vertical meters but also robust enough for a Freeride World Tour athlete and IVBV mountain guide like Sam Anthamatten to conquer the Matterhorn. Introducing the Prime 4.0, co-designed by Sam and built for uncompromising technical ascents and descents. With its lightweight balsa-flax hybrid core and TeXtreme carbon inserts running the entire length of the ski, the Prime 4.0 is exceptionally light for its performance. Combined with its progressive shape, the stable, patented carbon weave technology from TeXtreme provides the ski with stability, torsional rigidity, and edge grip – the best characteristics for agility in steep, technical couloirs and for entering at high speeds. The waist width under the binding of 118 mm and the increased tip and tail rocker ensure excellent floatation in fresh powder and allow you to shred through crust and slush.
