The grip holes, grip strips and grip surfaces also offer different depths, angles and slopes for versatile and challenging training. Bands can be attached to the metal eyelets as step aids to make training easier. The training board is made of birch plywood in Germany and has a pleasant surface. The gripping surfaces are roughened to optimise grip.
