Product details

The campus board is a training device primarily used in climbing and bouldering training to strengthen the finger flexors and upper arm muscles. Various pulling exercises for climbing and bouldering, as well as different pull-up exercises, can be performed on the board.

The Erzi® campus board consists of a base board (90 x 28 x 7 cm) and six rungs that can be individually mounted. The rungs can be easily screwed in at different angles. This allows both beginners and advanced users to have an ideal entry into training and ensures significant finger strength. Additionally, the campus board can also be used as a pegboard with the two included sticks, featuring nine holes in the base board.

Thanks to the integrated M10 standard threads in the grip board, you can also mount your own climbing holds on the campus board. Furthermore, two metal hooks are attached to the underside, allowing various training devices (e.g., climbing balls) to be hung.
