Here’s how it works: Loop the chain lock around a fixed object, such as a bike rack or a lamp post, and pull the bolt through the eye at the other end of the chain. Then insert the metal bolt into the opening of the frame lock. Once you remove the key, your E-Scooter is securely parked.
