The PES Cord 5mm from Edelrid is characterized by high abrasion resistance and low elongation. It's no surprise that this practical cord can excel from alpine routes to big walls. Notably, a special sheath construction allows for optimized knotting. Note: The lifespan of Edelrid cords is a maximum of 14 years from the date of manufacture (10 years of usage + 4 years of storage). Depending on the frequency of use or damage, the usable life may be reduced.
