The Accelerator from Edelrid is a high-quality ice axe accessory specifically designed for use with the Alpine Blade, Mixed Blade, and Ice Blade up to and including the 2022 model year. This accessory allows for easy attachment to the ice tools RIOT and RAGE, also up to and including the 2022 model year, as well as to the RAID model. The Accelerator provides improved performance and handling when climbing in icy conditions. It is important to note that the Accelerator is not compatible with the RAGE and RIOT models from the 2023 model year onwards, nor with the RAID. Weighing only 0.06 kg, it is lightweight and handy, making it a practical addition to any climbing gear.
