The new 240 Hybrid hub is equipped with special components such as the DT Swiss Ratchet EXP OS system with 30 teeth, designed to reliably transfer muscle and motor power to the ground. The bearing on the drive side and the hub flange have been enlarged. The also enlarged spoke holes are specifically designed to accommodate the reinforced spokes with a diameter of 2.34 mm from DT Swiss. These spokes can withstand the higher loads generated during acceleration and braking processes. Furthermore, the freehub system made from hardened steel enhances the hub's durability, allowing for longer, worry-free eMTB rides.
