With the split time function, you can measure times at specific reference points (lap, kilometer, etc.). This way, you can monitor consistency or improvement over a set distance. The countdown function allows you to set a training time that ends when the time is up, as well as simple interval training with equal phases (e.g., 30 seconds of acceleration, then 30 seconds of rest, followed by another 30 seconds of acceleration). The repeat function can be turned off.
