As an original member of the Momentum Generation, Shane Dorian has laid the foundation for high-performance big wave surfing. The Dorian's Signature Traction Pad was developed with one goal in mind: to provide a great feel for the board, whether in knee-high waves or in large, intimidating conditions. The three-part design features a 7 mm center arch and a vertical 25 mm kick tail for grip in all conditions. The perforations in the kick tail reduce water hold and increase speed. Like all Dakine grips, Shane's grip is made from biodegradable Friendly Foam, uses 3M® Marine Grade adhesive, and is packaged plastic-free.
