Cressi Desert

The Desert, tested during numerous Arctic dives, impresses not only with its excellent craftsmanship, welded seams, and fit but also with its 4 mm thick pre-compressed neoprene, whose seams are additionally protected by Liquid-Seal seals. This neoprene offers outstanding insulation at depth, as it does not compress further and requires little lead weight for buoyancy. Therefore, it is often not necessary to wear thick undergarments as with trilaminate suits. This premium neoprene is complemented by a highly flexible Ultraspan outer coating, which has a smooth surface that provides excellent hydrodynamics. The cuffs are made of smooth 3.5 mm thick neoprene on the inside to improve tightness and Ultraspan on the outside to enhance elasticity. The collar is made from the same materials but with 2.5 mm thick neoprene for added comfort. The shoulder, neck, and knee lines are reinforced with a special abrasion-resistant X-Diamond Pad lining. The suit features a practical multi-purpose pocket on the right leg and a comfortable hood.
