The optimal overtrousers for bitterly cold days are made of softshell outer material with thermal function. They feature 2-way elasticity due to the supersoft softshell, and are easy to put on with fully opening zips on both outer leg sides. The overtrousers have an anti-slip full seat for good saddle contact, a flexible waistband adjustment with Velcro fastening, and an elasticated drawcord. They are highly water-repellent, with a water column rating of up to 8000 mm, and have a compact thermal fleece lining of 80 g/m². They provide warmth without bulk, and an additional integrated snow guard with an elastic waistband at the leg end prevents water and snow from penetrating.
