Each band color is assigned a specific resistance:

• Green: 15 kg
• Yellow: 25 kg
• Orange: 35 kg
• Red: 45 kg
• Black: 60 kg.

If you want to use the resistance band for strengthening, you should start with the lightest resistance and gradually increase it. When using the resistance band for support in traction exercises, remember: the higher the resistance, the greater the stretch.

Check the attachment point to ensure the band does not come loose during the exercise (e.g., during traction exercises). Also, inspect for wear (cuts or white spots) to prevent the band from tearing during use. 60 kg corresponds to the load value at 300% stretch of the rubber band.
