Targeted training of the lower body muscles through various exercises is possible with the "Medium" fitness band (31 cm, resistance 22 kg).
This compact and comfortable fitness band, with a width of 7.5 cm, is easy to take anywhere. A QR code provides many exercise ideas.
Complete 3 to 5 rounds of the circuit training below, with 1 to 2 minutes of rest after each round:
- Beginners: 20 sec. effort, 40 sec. rest
- Intermediate: 30 sec. effort, 30 sec. rest
- Advanced: 40 sec. effort, 20 sec. rest
After the first exercise and rest, move directly to the second exercise:
- Squats, band above the knees
- Glute Bridge
- Donkey Kick
- Side Walk
- Squats, band above the knees
