The WP 1000 rowing machine, designed for stability, simulates an authentic and joint-friendly rowing workout thanks to water resistance. You primarily determine the training intensity through your pulling strength (fast, intense pulls for muscle building, slow pulls for endurance training). The amount of water in the extra-large water tank (approximately Ø 53 cm) can be freely adjusted for additional resistance. With a seat height of 31.5 cm, you can comfortably get on and off. The 111 cm long aluminum rowing rail, the comfort seat with ball-bearing rollers, and the footrests with safety straps allow individuals from 150 cm to 200 cm in height and up to a maximum weight of 120 kg to train smoothly and safely.
