With the Total Exerciser TE 1000, you can train nearly all muscle groups simply, safely, and effectively with just a few exercises. This full-body training device features a large, comfortable training pad that glides easily on the frame with ball-bearing rollers. Your own body weight serves as resistance and can be further increased by adding optional weight plates to the pad slider. The resistance level can be adjusted from light to heavy by changing the incline angle in 5 stages. With the hand grips, you can perform various pulling exercises sideways, forwards, and backwards. Targeted training for the upper body, arms, chest, shoulders, abdomen, back, hips, and legs is possible with individual resistance.
