Product details

This high-quality double-jointed olive bit is made from solid Cuprigan with stainless steel rings. Cuprigan is an alloy consisting of 89% copper, 7% aluminum, 3% iron, and 1% zinc. The oxidation process of the material emits a pleasant smell and taste. The anatomical design conforms to the shape of the horse's mouth, creating a gentle and even distribution of pressure. The combination of the design and the unique composition of Cuprigan stimulates chewing and salivation, resulting in a gentle connection with the sensitive horse's mouth. The bit has a mild effect in the mouth. The thickness of the canon is 12 mm, and the diameter of the oval bit discs is 55 mm.

An olive bit has rings that cannot rotate freely, allowing for more direct aids. This type of bit is generally well accepted, as the canon sits relatively firmly in the mouth. In a double-jointed ring bit, the canon consists of three parts. The middle part of the canon lies flat on the tongue, creating more pressure on the tongue than in a single-jointed bit. The thicker the middle section, the greater the pressure on the tongue.
