Thanks to the cable system, the Xtreme 2 SE offers over 70 exercise options for a comprehensive full-body workout in a small space. The training resistance can be set up to 95 kg of pulling weight without weight blocks (and with the two weight upgrade sets, even up to 185 kg). This has another significant advantage: the Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE has a considerably lower weight than a conventional strength station. The seat is height-adjustable, allowing for optimal adjustment to different body sizes. The seat can also be easily removed, enabling standing exercises on the Xtreme 2 SE. With cable pulleys at the top, middle, and foot of the Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE, exercises for every body part can be performed optimally. This allows for an incredible variety of exercises using the cable pulleys along with the included handles and bar.
