The telescopic pull-up bar allows for uncomplicated strength training in the door frame. It is easy to assemble, leaves no marks, and features an integrated fall protection system as well as an aluminum bracket. The telescopic pull-up bar can be quickly assembled and disassembled without glue or screws. With a flexible width of 78-110 cm, it fits standard door frames. The foam hand padding provides comfort and serves as grip markers. The door gym can support up to 120 kg.
