Do you want to improve your mobility and restore your body's natural tension? The BLACKROLL® Stretch Band (100 cm) made from skin-friendly material is ideal for this purpose. The sewn loops and the material composition are optimized for what is known as muscle length training. Through this training, you enhance your active mobility and prevent common complaints such as back and neck pain. The loops of the elastic band allow you to tailor the training to your needs and progress.

In muscle length training, not individual muscles, but entire muscle chains or myofascial chains are brought into a tension-held end position. The resulting training stimulus and the use of stretch bands promote the length development of the muscles. This is not the case with conventional stretching exercises. Some exercises may look like stretching, but in reality, they are a form of static strength training in the joint's end position. In muscle length training with the Stretch Band, the focus is not only on the muscles but also on the fascia that envelops the muscles. The result: your entire system becomes flexible.
